Customer Service Officer


  • Handle and follow up internal / external enquires and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with both clients and consultant
  • To be responsible for new account opening and general administration duties
  • To liaise and co-ordinate with sales team & technical team for customer's request
  • Other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in securities firm or sizable financial institution
  • Licensed person under SFC in relevant regulated activities is preferable
  • Detail oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with accuracy
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
  • Strong MS applications and computer operation
