Customer Service Officer
- Handle and follow up internal / external enquires and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain good relationship with both clients and consultant
- To be responsible for new account opening and general administration duties
- To liaise and co-ordinate with sales team & technical team for customer's request
- Other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in securities firm or sizable financial institution
- Licensed person under SFC in relevant regulated activities is preferable
- Detail oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with accuracy
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
- Strong MS applications and computer operation
