    Jobable is a jobs board with a matching score. We enable job seekers to efficiently search and select the most relevant jobs for them using a scoring system that is unique to each job seeker and available position.
  2. About the matching?
    The Jobable Score works on a scale of 0-100 unique to each job on the board. It tells you in a glance which available positions are most relevant to you. At a basic level, we are guiding you as to how well your experience and skills matches against the requirements of the employer.
  3. How exactly does the matching work?
    Our matching algorithm looks at all of the information in your profile (Work Experience, Qualifications, Skills etc). The more complete your profile is, the more effectively we are able to guide you towards the most relevant jobs matching your profile. That’s why it is so important to fill out your profile with as much information as possible.
  4. What are the benefits?
    With Jobable it’s easier to find a job. You complete your profile and Jobable shows you what are the best jobs that fit you the most. You can apply to our job offers in one click and we will inform the employer about your application straight away.

  1. How long does it take to subscribe?
    It takes less than 30 seconds to sign up to Jobable and less than 5 minutes to complete your profile.
  2. How can I sign in if I’ve lost my email?
    If you’ve lost your email account, send us an email at info@jobable.com and we will be happy to help you.
  3. How can I sign in if I’ve lost my password?
    If you’ve lost your password, click on this link and enter your email address. We will send you a link to reset your password.
  4. How can I modify my password?
    You can modify your password with your settings page.

  1. Why should I create a profile?
    The better we know you, the better we can guide you towards the jobs that are most relevant for you.
  2. Who can see my profile?
    Just you and the employers whose jobs you have chosen to apply to.
  3. How do I fill out my profile?
    Click on your ‘Profile’ tab once signed in. All you profile details can be entered here.

Jobs

  1. How do I save a job?
    If you see a job that you like and would like to keep it for future reference just click the star icon on the job card and that job will stored in the ’Saved’ section of your dashboard which can be accessed from the top of the Jobable page at any time.
  2. How do I know that companies on Jobable are trustworthy?
    We take great pride in the quality of companies and job positions you can find on Jobable. As such, you will recognise the vast majority of companies who work with us. However, if you see something that doesn’t look right with a particular company or job offer, we would really appreciate you letting us know by emailing us at info@jobable.com
  3. How can I improve my score/matching?
    To improve the accuracy of your score, it’s really important to complete your profile with a maximum of information.

Applying to a Job

  1. How can I apply to a job?
    Once you find a job that you would like to apply to, you can simply click the ‘Apply’ button.
  2. What happens when I apply to a job?
    For companies connected with our one click apply, your application will go directly to the hiring manager for that job. For companies using their own online application form, you will be connected directly to the online form.
  3. What if I apply for a job without filling out my profile?
    You can still apply for jobs without a profile. However, without a profile we are unable to score jobs for you and inform you of jobs that are suitable for you.
  4. Can I apply more than once to the same job?
    You cannot apply more than once to the same job. This would not create a good impression with the employer.
  5. How long do I have to wait to receive an answer?
    Although we aim to work with most well-known and trusted employers in Hong Kong, we cannot control the recruitment process of individual companies. Once we have matched you with employers and introduced your application, it is down to each company’s own hiring policy as to how quickly you hear back from them.
  6. How can I keep track of my application history?
    You can keep track of all your job applications using the ’Applied’ section of your dashboard which can be accessed from the top of the Jobable page at any time.

  6. How do active job slots work?
    With jobable subscription you can post one active job per job slot but you can swap it out with a different job post anytime you want. You must deactivate one job post when you activate another one in the same job slot.

  8. Is my payment information secure on Jobable?
    Yes 100%. We employ the strictest of security measures in line with that required by all major banks.

    The details you have provided about your job posting are visible to every candidate. However, you are not forced to publish any information you don’t wish to. We will never disclose your personal information unless you provide it on your job posting yourself.
