Job Description

General Administrative Clerk

Location: Jordan


  • To handle assigned administrative tasks
  • Receiving phone calls, HR data input
  • Daily account functions including accounts payable, payment invoicing, etc.;
  • To prepare accounting vouchers and petty cash, etc.;
  • To be responsible for account reconciliation, bank reconciliation monthly;
  • To perform ad hoc duties as and when required;


  • Form 5, DSE or above with LCC&I Higher Level or other accounting qualification;
  • 1 year accounting experience, 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MYOB account system, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Experience in computerized accounting system is preferable;
  • Patient, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and willing to learn;
  • Good command of English and Chinese
