Customer Service Supervisor – Call Centre

Location: Hong Kong


  • Diploma or above
  • At least 5 years customer service experience of which 2 years supervisor’s experience in service industry, preferably in contact centre environment or
  • Responsible for providing after sales service to customers including tracing services and service recovery
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Less experience considered as Customer Service Executive
