Job Description

Business Manager - Telecom/Cloud solution

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • This is a sales role responsible for business development and customer relationship management. The position will report directly to the Sales Director and the holder should be able to understand customer IT outsourcing requirements, and offer cloud services & IT/ISP solutions benefiting customer’s efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identify and qualify corporate customer needs and actively pursue sales opportunities
  • Acquire new customers and manage good relationships with existing customers
  • Develop, record, accurately forecast and report pipeline for attaining revenue and profit targets
  • Work with IT consultants to design cloud services and solutions to meet customer specific needs
  • Assist in and actively support marketing activities such as seminar, event, roadshow, training and webinar
  • Team play with operation and service teams to look after existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeated purchases

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • 1-2 years working experience in corporate B2B sales, and strong proven sales background is a plus
  • Experience in Telecom/ Microsoft Cloud solution such as Office 365, Azure, or others cloud related solution is an advantage
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to new product development
  • Passionate, aggressive, agile, self-disciplined, strong planning and eager to success in sales career
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
