Area Managed Services Client Executive

Location: CN-Hong Kong

The opportunity
As the Area Managed Services Client Executive (CE), you will ensure that EY executes sales opportunities and drive innovation across the Managed Services Risk Portfolio and all sector markets within the Hong Kong and Greater China region.

Qualifications

Your key responsibilities
  • Provide customer facing and market input to the Area MS and Area Solution/Offering leaders to develop and execute Managed Services’ to go market plans specifically in the areas of Managed Services in Risk Management
  • Execute on the MS go to market strategy across the Area that is utilised by Area and Regional teams to identify, design, develop with clients, and execute high quality MS pursuits
  • Drive new and existing qualified business opportunities and maximise (by revenue and term) new sales and cross sell opportunities
  • Experience in selling solutions that are based on a  global delivery model capability
  • Foster and maintain relationships across target buyers within strategic clients
  • Develop and maintain partner and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with our aligned sales community to communicate and promote strategic solutions internally
  • Support area/regional/solution leaders with the development MS GTM programmes and monitor progress – comprising awareness development, solution prioritisation, campaign design and development, client engagement and pursuit execution.
 
Skills and attributes for success
  • You will have experience of in thesolution selling and the complexities of managed services deals within professional services or a similar technology organisation, ideally aligned to Cyber Security and Risk Management.
  • Experrience in delivery sales and customers outcomes across an internal matrix organisation as well as multiple customer stakeholders
  • The influencing skills to successfully collaborate with senior client and EY stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment
  • The ability to effectively forecast, review projection of performance and targets  
 
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor’s Degree with an advanced degree preferred
 
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • 12+ years of experience exceuting complex and large managed service sales deals focused on Risk Solutions (eg Cyber Security and Risk Management, preferably in a partnership/professional services or technology provider environment
  • Experience in a leadership capacity in a managed services environment
  • Experience structuring , managing and closing multimillion deals
  • Board presentation experience or experience as a board member
  • Knowledge and understanding of outsourcing and offshoring operating and cost/pricing models for managed services
