Advisory - Performance Improvement - Manager/Senior Associate

Location: CN-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and report of change management activities and tasks to the program

  • Address people and communication related issues in the program

  • Prepare and maintain communication strategy and plan with alignment to the overall program plan

  • To develop training strategy based on the scope of the technological changes brought upon by the program and coordinate with other implementation teams during training preparation, delivery and evaluation

  • Liaise with vendors and services providers, and manage contractual relationships and agreed deliverables 

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably with at least 50% in leading consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, Accenture, IBM GBS, Oliver Wyman, Mercer)
  • Proven experience in change management (change impact assessment, stakeholder management, cultural alignment, communication and training) as a consultant
  • Prefer experience with telecom, media and entertainment and technology industry
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Based in Hong Kong and require travel to China occasionally
