The Customer Data & Analytics Managers/ Senior Managers will interpret customer data with key business objectives in mind, help clients convert insights into tangible actions to tell a compelling story. Specifically, you will be responsible for:


Your key responsibilities

  • Playing a critical role in driving EY customer proposition, including leading the data and analytics components and taking the proposition to market
  • Using your strong business, customer, problem solving and analytical skills to work on customer related business issues to develop compelling customer insights
  • Developing predictive models to inform business decisions and drive strategy
  • Translating customer and business needs into an analytic agenda, develop and test key hypotheses for critical business problems such as Driver analysis, loyalty economics
  • Applying advanced data management techniques to business and customer insights & analytics projects, including mining and extracting data from disparate sources

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Education qualifications and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of financial services sector
  • Experience in a consulting environment a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical principles, methodologies and techniques
  • Data modeling experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Chinese language skills a plus.
