Senior / Guest Services Manager
- Diploma holder of Hotel Industry or above
- 8 years related experience with 4 years at supervisor level
- Good communication skills and able to handle complaints independently
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of fire/life/health safety procedures
- Knowledge of Opera is preferred
- Familarize on reports, record, information and guest history
- Less experience will be considered as Guest Services Manager
