The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will represent us as we target Hong Kong based companies, both local and multinational. This is a unique opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join an experienced and passionate team developing a truly innovative and high potential business.

Responsibilities Lead Generation

- Seek and identify leads and prospects, online and offline at networking events.

- Utilise advanced online search tools to identify relevant leads and engage them with personalised content

- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team, working to weekly and monthly KPIs

- Represent the company at conventions, seminars, industry/user groups, and other business related groups

- Actively network the Hong Kong SME community to promote the company and its products

- Support pre-sales activities in the form of presentations, demonstrations, and customer questionnaire responses

Pipeline Management

- Prioritise leads and prospects

- Ensure that each salesperson’s pipeline is healthy in line with growth targets

- Manage the conversions of leads to sales


CRM & Data Administration

- Maintain updated sales records and prospect status on CRM platform

- Forecast and allocate resources for new prospects, requests, and requirements

Requirements Skills

- Distinctive communicator with a passion for meeting and serving people and business leaders

- Strong collaborator able to work flexibly within a small dynamic team

- Good written and verbal communications skills

- ‘Self-starter’ able to work with and reach out to clients independently

- Motivated and excited by the prospect of building a new business

- Able to understand and explain technology solutions

- Able to understand and structure data in excel format

- Able to grasp CRM concepts and display a methodical approach to lead generation


- Experience in sales methodology and CRM

- Account management experience and experience in building and nurturing longer-term relationships with clients


- Fluent English a must

- Mandarin or Bahasa a strong plus, but not a requirement


University degree or equivalent professional apprenticeship


Compensation will be very competitive with market, including base and commission, and benefits (e.g., medical)
