Job Description

Guest Services Manager

Location: Wanchai

  • Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Hotel Industry of which at least 2 years' experience in supervisory level
  • Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
  • Knowledge of using Fidelio Opera is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Outgoing and customer-oriented
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is high preferred
  • Additional 2 day off per month
