  • TalentSourcing: End to end execution of job hiring
  • Vendor Management:Manager vendors for Hong Kong to achieve cost saving purpose.
  • Talent Development:Oversee the Talent Development function for Hong Kong and Macau
  • Talent Management:Build up local talent pipeline and succession planning mechanism.
  • Employee Engagement: provide creative idea and professional advice on employee engagement project to promote engagement in organization.
  • EOS:facilitate and monitor the annual EOS cycle, support any activities would be benefit to EOS result. Encourage site to develop their own EOS story
