Job Description

Project Manager, Customer IT Integration

Reporting to Senior Manager, Customer Facing IT, you will be responsible for leading the provision of Customer IT integration services to customers in pre-sales as well as post-sales stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales Team and provide pre-sales information system (IS) support by formulating IS costing, developing IS questionnaires, leading IS related sales presentations and designing IS solutions to meet customers’ networking and infrastructure requirements
  • Participate in customers' RFI / RFQ
  • Develop project plan and lead customer IS solution implementation by specifying data interchange requirements, setting up IS infrastructure and managing go-live process
  • Provide post-sales IS support by conducting ongoing evaluations and recommending improvement plans, and resolving Customer Interface issues
  • Coordinate with global and regional Customer IT Integration teams on updated IS solutions and continuous process improvement 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ customer facing IT experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
  • Strong technical background in electronic data interchange (EDI) technology
  • Excellent network communications skills and good knowledge on market trends of IS solutions
  • Customer focused and good influencing skills
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient PC skills in software and applications
