Customer Service Executive (Claims & Complaint)

Working Location : Kowloon Bay

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (average 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for handling inquiries, complaints and claims independently and professionally; participating in customer loyalty program; reflecting customers' feedback to management, providing solutions for improving customer service quality and assisting in various projects responsible by the team. You will also work closely with other departments/ international network/ insurance company to meet customer's request and work with other team members to maintain overall performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSEE or equivalent)
  • at least 4 years’ customer service experience (with 2 years CS experience in DHL)
  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Initiative and self-motivated
  • Customer-focus, open-minded, flexible, logical and systematic thinking
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independent
  • Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
