Job Description

Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Payment & refund handling, prepare voucher and filing
  • Handle bank reconciliation and customer deposit reconciliation
  • Assist in month-end closing with schedules and analysis reports
  • Assist to handle inter-company transaction and reconciliation
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting with LCC&I higher preferred;
  • 1-2 year accounting and with on-line banking experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Responsible, self-motivated and proactive;
  • Perform job with accuracy and be able to meet tight deadlines;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Experience in ERP system is an advantage;
  • Fresh Graduate will NOT be considered;
  • Immediately available preferred
