The DTTL Cross Border Client Contracting (CBCC) group was established to foster a seamless and effective “As One” client contracting process that will contribute to a positive client experience of doing business with Deloitte. As part of that mission, CBCC set up Global Easier Desk ‑ AP regional team (AP Easier) in September 2015 to act as an easily accessible single point of contact for Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) regarding cross border client contracting issues. AP Easier provides a forum to resolve client contracting issues involving multiple member firms rapidly and effectively.
AP Easier is a conduit for LCSPs' global contracting needs. AP Easier is a highly responsive, single point of contact where an LCSP can get resources assigned, subject matter experts (SME) connected, or general guidance on contracting issues. AP Easier also works towards finding solutions to emerging marketplace contracting issues.
Each region houses an Easier Team. We are seeking a Hong Kong-based Manager to help run AP Easier. The role will involve working closely with the AP Regional Contracting Leader (AP RCL) and AP PMO Leader (PMO Lead), also based in Hong Kong, in a collaborative three person team. Additionally, there are many opportunities to build relationships with leadership in various groups within Deloitte member firms and DTTL.
We are primarily seeking candidates to fill this role on a permanent basis, but would also consider suitable applicants seeking an international transfer to Hong Kong.
