  • Responsible for for providing timely professional HR advice to the business and support units on a full spectrum of HR activities. This will include but not limit to resourcing, staff engagement, performance management, learning and development, reward, exit management and other HR projects as assigned
  • Partner with various HR specialists and functional teams to champion HR initiatives for the implementation of people strategies, policies and best practices


  • Degree holder with minimum 10 years of relevant experience as HR generalist, preferably in banking or financial industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proven success in building effective relationship with assigned portfolios
  • Previous experience in handling employee relation cases is an advantage
  • Strong drive and can-do attitude with good planning and organizing skills
  • Self motivated and a strong team player
