- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Management System
- Maintain updated record in HR System
- Handling Staff enquiries regarding System Admin
- Working on HR Analytics Reports
- Perform the role of PC coordinator for the department
- Support HR initiatives and other ad-hoc projects
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Fresh Graduate will be considered
- Prior HR system experience is a plus
- Attention to details and self-motivated
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good Excel Skills, Word & Powerpoint
