Technical Clerk - Call Center

Location: Quarry Bay 鰂魚涌

7-Eleven possesses the largest retail store network with over 900 convenience stores in Hong Kong and Macau. Technical Clerk - Call Center

The Job:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails and data input into the computerized facilities management system
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding facilities management issues both telephonically and by email
  • Research required information using available resources. Route calls to appropriate resource as well as follow up internal stakeholders calls; where necessary
  • Manage and resolve internal stakeholders complaints and to provide internal stakeholders with product and service information. To identify and escalate priority issues
  • Provide complete call logs and to produce call reports

The Person:

  • Diploma graduate with 1-year relevant experience
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • With sound analytical & systematical mindset
  • Skillful on using MS-Office (Access, Excel & Word)
  • Proactive & enthusiastic, and willing to learn
