Senior Marketing Manager (Corporate Brand Food & Non-Food)

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing professional to head the Brand Development and Marketing team for our Corporate Brand products across Asia.  Reporting to Group Corporate Brand Director, this is an exciting and unique role which will lead our Brand Development & Management team to formulate and implement high-impact Marketing strategies of our Corporate Brands products in Food, Non-food categories for our retail operations across Asian countries.  This role will base in Hong Kong, and we welcome both local and overseas candidates.


The Job

  • Develop unique, differentiated, winning brand concepts based on consumer insight / need-states learned from the consumer interviews
  • Develop effective brand building strategies, promotional plans, marketing activities and growth strategies for corporate brands and sub-brands, targeting to hit top 3 brands in the category
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities by analyzing internal and external data on global consumer and product trends of key categories
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure effective delivery of product concepts and marketing material copy creation for packaging and product design
  • Oversee consumer research and analysis projects to understand the consumer insights in different markets

The Person

  • University degree in Marketing or Business related discipline
  • 15 years of solid Brand Marketing experience gained in FMCG sector, Food/ Personal & Health care background would be an advantage
  • Track record of managing successful brand development programmes, solid experience in new product development and new brand development would be a big plus
  • Strong commercial sense, result-oriented with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Possess excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, able to build relationship internally and externally
  • Innovative, possess genuine passion in Brand Marketing and with a "winning attitude"  to excel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.  Strong writing skills and creativity
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Manager
