Location: Quarry Bay 鰂魚涌

Senior Human Resources Officer, Learning and Development

A team member in the Department of HR, Learning & Development to design and deliver training workshops and training solutions for equipping the staff with effective capabilities to meet business growth.


The Job

  • Identify training needs, participate in planning, development and execution of training programs
  • Prepare training materials and equipments; evaluate training effectiveness of training program; perform logistic and administrative support when necessary
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of project and promptly raise out the issues that need to be settled
  • Working on several different tasks or projects
  • Prepare training related reports for management review
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties to achieve defined goals effectively


The Person

  • University graduate in any disciplines
  • At least 4-5 years relevant experience preferably with exposure in retail or service industry
  • Passion in training and enjoy to work with people
  • Demonstrate effective communication & presentation skills
  • Able to build relationship with others through collaboration
  • Be flexible and adaptable to cope with changes and challenges
  • Well organized, self-initiative and creative
  • Able to stay focus on work tasks under stress or dynamic situations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Well-versed in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
