Location: Quarry Bay 鰂魚涌

7-Eleven possesses the largest retail store network with over 900 convenience stores in Hong Kong and Macau. Apart from providing quality fresh, fast food and convenient products, the chain provides a wide range of value-added services such as bill payments, mobile cards, ticketing, and pick-up services to meet customers' convenience needs. Senior CRM Manager

The Job:

  • Drive, develop and deliver innovative CRM strategies, and ensure all related activities achieve the business objectives
  • Build customer database by implementing CRM solutions to understand consumer behaviors in order to provide right offers to different customer segmentation
  • Provide insights by analyzing and interpreting customers, market and competitors' behaviors, and develop loyalty program across multi-channels and evaluates the quality of loyalty actions
  • Ensure all the CRM campaigns can be launched smoothly and communicate to all relevant stakeholders effectively

The Person:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 8 years relevant working experience in CRM preferably gained from research agency / FMCG / Retail industry
  • Excellent analytical and hands-on experience in data-mining
  • Highly motivated team player who is accountable and can work independently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
