Sales Manager

Location: Quarry Bay 鰂魚涌

GNC is the largest global specialty retailer of nutritional products, vitamin, mineral, herbal supplements, sports nutrition and diet products. GNC operates more than 6,000 retail outlets worldwide in over 50 international markets. We are looking for high caliber individuals for the following position.

Sales Manager

Reporting to the General Manager of GNC, the incumbent is to be responsible and accountable for the sales, profit and operation of GNC stores and counters.

The Job

  • Coach and motivate frontline team to drive sales, service and the brand
  • Interpret and analyze sales information to maximize sales, profits, feedback recommendation to improve productivity
  • Ensure that store staffing productivity is maximized by use of effective working practices, motivation techniques and training
  • Ensure control in stores to meet business target and budgets in staff cost, theft and loss, stores expenses, stock level and stock turn days
  • Deliver the best possible services to our customers ensuring that our staff understand the importance of this
  • Train and develop staff by effective leadership and motivation, as well as working closely with training department to provide appropriate training for potential staff
  • Closely monitor competition by regularly visiting our outlets and that of the competition to ensure advantage is maintained


The Person

    • Tertiary educated or equivalent
    • 6 years of retail in Healthcare/Skincare/FMCG background which 3 years in management
    • Strong selling skills, self motivated, meticulous attention and able to work under pressure
    • A team player with the ability to use influencing, negotiating and listening skills to motivate others, leverage opportunities and achieve organizational goals and strategies
    • Ability to analyze problems, issues and make sound logical decisions and plans
    • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
    • Ability to communicate ideas across all levels of the business, within team and across other departments
    • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
