Payroll Manager

Location: Quarry Bay 鰂魚涌

Payroll Manager

The Job :

  • Supervise a team of payroll specialists to deliver payroll operation, tax filing and other related payroll activities in a professional manner
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on payroll matters, and monitor the outsourcing payroll vendor to deliver qualitative services
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for various payroll audit requirements and follow up relevant action items
  • Act as a change agent to lead the team in reviewing and revamping payroll processes and procedures
  • Lead the team in establishing robust payroll control mechanisms to achieve high standard compliance
  • Participate in payroll/system related projects as assigned


The Person :

  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in compensation & benefits/ payroll administration of which at least 3 years in supervisory role
  • Seasoned HR practitioner in overseeing payroll operations, preferably with both in-house and outsourcing exposure
  • Process solid and extensive experience in large scale payroll operation is a definite advantage
  • Independent, excellent people manager and capable to lead the team to accomplish goals effectively
  • Demonstrate strong sense of understanding in HR initiatives and business acumen
  • Detail minded, well organized, and able to prioritize & cope with multi-tasks
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills to interact with different levels of internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
