Location: Shatin 沙田

Learning & Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials through training needs analysis, course identification and learning matrix design
  • Conduct Induction briefing programs, Customer Service trainings, soft skills and IKEA Culture & Values Training for all staff
  •  Being a role model & apply training content into daily lives
  • Maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operations development as well as employee training records
  • Convey IKEA Culture & Values to all staff through different development program and events
  •   Responsible to search and coordinate with vendors for appropriate training programs to meet the training & development needs
  • Handle training administration & arrangement in order to achieve overall effectiveness
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

  • Good understanding in market knowledge & trends in L&D
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communications, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Well-organized and detailed-minded to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and ability to make sensible judgment
  • Proficient in using visual aids to facilitate training classes
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Geographically mobile
  • 4+ years of solid experience in Training & Coaching, exposure in retail industry is a plus
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Learning and Development Officer
