Customer Service Representative – Hotline

Location: Shatin 沙田

Customer Service Representative – Hotline


  • Answer hotline enquiries regarding delivery, replacement order, stock, price and general CS issues
  • Handle the first-tier complaints to provide effective and efficient solution to customers
  • Conduct outbound call e.g. answers voice mail, email, replacement order and no. of stock case etc.
  • Opening hours of Call Centre: 10:30am to 08:00pm
  • Shift working hours for Full-time and Contract: 8 hours per day
  • Working location: Shatin Office



  • Form 5 or above, with 1 - 2 years working experience in call centre or customer service field
  • Good command of English and Cantonese; fair in Mandarin
  • Hands-on PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office words, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Input )
  • Good telephone manner and customer-oriented
  • Helpful and passionate
  • Passion in home furnishing and IKEA culture & values
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Representative
