Customer Relations Officer

Location: Quarry Bay 鰂魚涌

Customer Relations Officer

The Job

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in an effective and tactful manner
  • Deliver quality service to meet the service standards
  • Work with different parties to resolve the customer enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in reviewing the service level and conduct service enhancement on customer service and satisfaction

The Person

  • Degree holder with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service area
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, mature, able to work under pressure
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
