Customer Care Officer (6 months Contract)

Location: Quarry Bay 鰂魚涌

Customer Care Officer (6 months Contract)

The Job:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints via multiple channels (email/phone/letter)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up customer complaints
  • Prepare reports of complaint cases and status update


The Person:

  • HKDSE holder, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer service, including customer enquiries and complaints (Call centre experience is preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office and email application 
  • Good translation skill is preferred, from English to Chinese and vice versa
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Hardworking, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
