Category Admin. Officer

The Job

  • Enter various data into the Merchandising system accurately
  • Coordinate with other departments on administration issues
  • Provide administration support such as preparing reports and memo to the Department

The Person

  • Form 7 graduates or above
  • 2-3 years of work experience preferably in Merchandising
  • Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is an advantage
  • Hands-on PC operations including SAP, MS Excel, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Attentive to detail, hard-working and good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Obtain high data accuracy under time pressure
  • Adapted to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate with immediate availability is preferred
