Location: Shatin 沙田

Business Navigator/ Business Analyst


  • Report to Business Navigation Manager to support retail decision-making by delivering the right information with the right tools to the right people at the right time;
  • Navigate the growth of IKEA retailing and steer the business towards sustained long-term profitability;
  • Provide accurate, relevant and user-friendly business information for effective decision-making;
  • Analyze business information and identifying business opportunities;
  • Be an active partner and contribute to business development initiatives;
  • Establish follow-up mechanisms for projects;
  • Work with other functions to assure the alignment of business information;
  • Be an active member of an IKEA retail business information network with other countries, and share best practices whenever possible.


  • Possess strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads and meet aggressive deadlines;
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
  • Result-oriented with the ability to deliver results;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;
  • Understand general accounting principles and guidelines and business information and how to present it effectively to end users;
  • In-depth knowledge of the IKEA Concept, including the IKEA vision, business idea, cultures and values is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
  • Passion in home furnishing and IKEA culture & values
  • Less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
