Assistant Manager / Senior HR Officer, Payroll

The Job

  • Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role provides a full range of professional Payroll services
  • Partner with the payroll team members and work closely with the external payroll vendor to provide timely and accurate payroll delivery service for Business Unit
  • Coordinate with the internal stakeholders and external payroll vendor for payroll related requests and queries
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports, and other payroll administrative duties
  • Participate in ad hoc/assignment based projects as when required

The Person

  • Tertiary education with Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or Business related studies
  • 4 years' experience in payroll administration preferably with exposure in managing sizable payroll headcount
  • Determined to develop in payroll area
  • Strong attention to details and deadlines
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in MS applications including advanced Excel and Access
  • Good written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
