Job Description

Customer Services Officer (Life Insurance - 10-month contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer various types of enquiry by hotline or walk in customers on policy and product information
  • Handle Mainlander customer identity verification process
  • Provide quality administration support to senior and customer when requested
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Handle policy alteration
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing document distribution
  • Manage document flow and storage

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Secondary educated with professional qualifications such as LOMA
  • At least 2 years customer services experience, preferably in life insurance industry
  • Sound knowledge of policy administration
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
