We Offer...



To assist relationship managers in meeting the day-to-day servicing and administrative needs of the clients;

To ensure efficient and prompt management of orders and reporting of trades, transactions, payments, remittances, etc., for the clients of the Branch, by either dealing directly with them or through relationship managers;

To assist the relationship managers in handling the account opening process for new clients and additional facilities or credit lines for existing accounts;

To keep abreast with the product knowledge;

To ensure that all compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to and minimize the operational errors;


Client Servicing

Helping the relationship managers in day-to-day servicing of client requirements;

Attending to incoming calls from clients in a prompt, efficient and professional manner, by either addressing the issues or channeling the client to the relevant personnel;

Staying updated on product knowledge to facilitate transmission of information to clients;


Administrative Responsibilities

Helping the RMs in opening new client accounts, by preparing all documents, filling in application forms and liaising with the Operations Team and RMs/Client end;

Ensuring that all relevant documentation is received from the clients and sending the same to Operations Team;

Helping clients and RMs seek additional facilities, credit lines, etc., in documentation and procedures;

Assisting the RMs in maintaining communication with clients, drafting letters, etc.;



Properly document the instances of losses, errors, operational problems, etc., and follow the internal reporting guidelines;

Following up with RMs and clients on all compliance and documentation related issues, including cross-border issues;

Monitoring the cash position of client accounts to ensure that adequate liquidity is available to meet pending liabilities


Reporting & MIS

Supplying the Market Leader and RMs with necessary data and information from Globus system as per their requirements;

Providing client related data to the Market Leader from the Globus system;

Supplying clients with customized accounts statements and valuation reports, on an ad-hoc or regular basis, which are no readily available in the system

You Offer...



Degree in Banking and Finance, or related discipline
Successful completion of HKSI requirements (Paper 1, 7, & 8)
Working knowledge of financial markets, banking products and investment vehicles
Knowledge of Reuters, Bloomberg and related banking systems
