Job Description

Administration Assistant

Location: Wanchai

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative support
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and maintenance of facilities and equipment
  • Handle documents scanning and filing
  • Prepare payment records including stationery, name card, vehicle expenses, postage, etc.
  • Handle document storage and retrieval requests
  • Provide backup reception duties
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Manadarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and organization skills
