Business Process Manager

Location: North Point

Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end business process review (including front line and back office), pin point problem solving, work flow re-engineering, as well as implementation of business process improvement solutions (both process and system)
  • Working closely across the organization with different teams to understand the current work processes, measure existing process and metrics, provide analysis of the process
  • Help redesign, simplify and improve the work processes of the organization
  • Evaluating, executing and monitoring business processes in order to achieve organization goals
  • Involve in various company-wide projects, leading cross-functional team from developing business process requirements to delivering results
  • Involve in company-wide lean operations program to improve the overall ability of the company to achieve its business goals and objectives 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Engineering or Quality related discipline is preferred
  • Qualification in Process/Quality Management such as Lean Six Sigma black belt or green belt trained, PMP/PRINCE certificate holder preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 8-10 years operations, business process and/or Lean Six Sigma work experience, preferably from large insurance companies or financial institutions
  • Experience in back office operation is highly preferred
  • Solid project planning and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills dealing with different level of stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with people focus, enjoy connecting people and result driven
  • Able to establish value proposition and make professional business presentation
  • Well command of computer skills (e.g. ppt, excel, visio)
  • Mature individual with flexible mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet the set objectives
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
