Regional Application Manager - Retail



Job Description

Job functions:

  • Take the lead in managing the IT functions and operations to support the retail business
  • Lead the team in managing IT application, hardware and infrastructure in a regional scope
  • Manage end to end, implementation to deployment processes in rolling out or implementing retail application projects
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors in project implementation
  • Constantly monitor projects progress, quality, cost, timeline & etc. and prepare reports for stakeholders' reviews
  • Understand regional markets' operation difference and tailor-made solution to tackle

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 7 years related working experience
  • Significant and solid experience in application management in retail industry
  • Experience in working on retail CRM projects will be a great advantage
  • Regional experience will be a great advantage
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
