Job Description

Part-Time Clerk

Location: Tai Kok Tsui

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for providing clerical and administration support in data processing, report compilation, documents scanning and filing.
  • Liaise with external and internal parties for the daily operational issues.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects.


  • School Certificate or above in Marketing / Purchasing / Human Resources Management.
  • Self-motivated, mature with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications.
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediately avaliable is preferred.
  • Able to work 2-3 days (9am - 6pm) per week.

Working Location : Tai Kok Tsui
