Programme Manager

The Job

  • Provide structure, supervision and mentorship to project teams to ensure maximum performance
  • Obtain, develop and manage (senior) client relationships
  • Develop and manage the overall project plan including (time) schedule and dependencies, communication plan and resource plan
  • Time and budget allocation, scoping, quality and risk management
  • Manage scope and negotiate needed scope changes to produce win-win results
  • Create and analyze reports on track status, issues and risks and report the major risks and issues to the Project leadership and stakeholders
  • Establish project processes through all projects to ensure process compliance

The Person

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related area
  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience
  • Strong relationship management skills - gravitas to engage at senior levels
  • Good influencing skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve results
  • Good understanding of SDLC, budgeting and resource allocation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Experience planning, organizing, and delivering change initiatives in Asia
