Job Description

Onsite Support Engineer

Job duties:

  • To provide first line IT support to end-users
  • To assist in setting up workstation and network equipment
  • To perform routine operation support to information systems
  • To update and maintain inventory records


  • Diploma/Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Hands-on working experience on PC support and Windows Server
  • Solid experience in PC problem diagnosis and end user support
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
