On-site Support Engineer


  • Provide 1st level support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard and client’s applications, and hardware issues
  • Managed/configured desktops, deployed applications/software and applied updates/patches using remote access
  • Ensure customer satisfaction


  • Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of PC, Laptops, Printers troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007, 2010
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
