Junior Helpdesk Support (Fresh Graduates Welcomed)

Job Duties:

  • Provide help desk hotline services to end users
  • Problem analysis / diagnosis of users’ technical problems


  • Higher Certificate in Information Technology or related subject
  • Experience in IT support is desirable
  • Responsible and hard-working
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • 7 x 24 shift duty is required
  • Fresh certificate graduate and entry level candidates are welcome
  • Training will be provided
