Job Description

IT Technical Support Engineer (5 days ’ work, Tai Po)

Description:

  • Provide IT support to internal staff and end users
  • Provide daily operation of various systems and perform system backup
  • Responsible for hardware and software installation and maintenance
  • Responsible for network, system administration, monitoring and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
  • At least 1 year working experience in IT support or application development
  • Good Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
