IT Customer Service Executive / Helpdesk Support (Fresh grad are welcomed)

Duties:

  • Handle helpdesk call
  • Act as a bridge between the customers and engineers
  • Answer customers enquiries and concerns in a professional and polite manner
  • Follow-up with engineers to ensure the quality of the deliverables

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Possess basic IT knowledge
  • Customer-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
