Job Description

Inhouse IT Support

Job Description:

  • To provide general computer supporting services to user
  • To provide helpdesk services and technical support services and IT Equipment including Network, Servers and Workstations
  • To set up and assist in managing the computers / peripheral
  • To assist in the record preparation for company and other works in relation to record storage
  • To perform any other duties assigned by supervisors


Requirement:

  • F.7/Diploma or above in Computer or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support role
  • Basic Server Hardware knowledge
  • Basic networking knowledge / experience / TCP/IP tack / Testing
  • Values teamwork and can contribute to the entire group who is a self-starter and self-motivated
  • HK permanent resident is required
