Customer Service Officer (HK Island, IT company)


  • Maintain the service desk calls and email enquiries
  • Provide 1st level technical support to customers
  • Manage escalated issues and route to appropriate team for resolution
  • Provide professional after-sales services to customers
  • Prepare regular reports and perform routine administrative works


  • Diploma or above in IT or related subjects
  • At least 1 year customer service / helpdesk experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
  • Independent, able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English
