Our client, a retail company is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team with rewarding package and achieve career growth.

Your Role:

  • Answer customers enquiries and requests
  • Ensure time process of the services
  • Prepare periodic business reports
  • Coordinate and communicate with other internal business unit

Desired Knowledge/Skills:

  • F.5/DSE or above
  • Work experience in customer service hotline or call center would be an advantage
  • Service-oriented with good telephone manner
  • Well organized and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Experienced candidates will be considered as Customer Service Supervisor/Officer
  • Immediate available
