Contract Admin Assistant (Accounting Dept)

Job Duties:

  • Provide accounting and clerical assistant to the accounting department
  • Provide daily accounting operations
  • Prepare accounting records and supporting documents
  • Perform data input
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Perform routine administrative work including document check and filing

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Independent, detail-minded, and well-organized
  • Immediate available
