Service Manager (International Carrier / Enterprise Customer)

Job Duties:

  • Act as a single point of contacts to deliver proactive and effective service management for international partners or enterprise customers
  • Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensure commitments made are effectively communicated and carried out by operational/functional parties
  • Involve in formulating and managing service recovery and improvement plans
  • Contribute to incident root cause analysis and perform post incident review as necessary
  • Establish close and long term relationship with partners from management to operational level through various customer engagement activities such as courtesy visit and review meeting
  • Support Project Management Team to ensure services and projects are delivered in the agreed schedule
  • Handle management assigned projects

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of Telecommunications experience
  • Excellent skills in project management, operational procedures, mediation, as well as in-depth experience in multicultural international teamwork
  • Customer oriented, ability to demonstrate a strong capacity to communicate, analyze and make proposals
  • Ability to work with the internal and external personnel with tact and judgment
  • Ability to manage the assigned tasks effectively by using all available resources
  • Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Professional certification holder (e.g. CCNA, JNCIA) will be an advantage
  • Travel occasionally
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Manager
