VP Global Project Manager

Location: NAM-USA-FL-Jacksonville

  • As Project Manager for the Key Performance/Risk Indicator (KPI/KRI) process, this position is responsible for ensuring that the reporting of Key Performance/Risk Indicators operates effectively and efficiently, ultimately enabling regions/countries to eliminate pain points, reduce complaints and increase customer satisfaction. 
  • Manages key initiatives/process improvements that will support the reporting of KPIs/KRIs for the regions.  Over time, work with the Central Complaints Reporting team to align data collection at a central location.
  • Tracks, monitors and reports on the progress toward reporting of KPIs/KRIs – all in an effort to achieve consistent reporting of KPIs/KRIs across the globe. 
  • Leads the deployment of a common reporting tool (e.g. Qlikview) across the globe.
  • Follows-up as needed to ensure issues are being worked and addressed in a timely fashion. 
  • Creates business cases to obtain resource commitments in support of consistent reporting of KPIs/KRIs. 
  • Escalates problems/risks as needed to ensure they receive the appropriate attention and action. 
  • Ensures that all project work adheres to audit and internal guidelines for practices, procedures and deliverables. 
  • Generates executive updates (and provides presentations) on the status of global KPI/KRI reporting process. 
  • Builds extensive, solid working relationships across Citi functions, geographic locations and third party vendors. 
  • Supports collaboration with key stakeholders as necessary to brainstorm solutions,  lay out action plans and implement solutions.

  • Project Management experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 3 years equivalent experience required 
  • Some degree of statistical analysis experience, including assessment of significant differences, sampling plans, and control charts 
  • Some experience with Root Cause Analysis 
  • Experience programming Qlikview
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Strong analytical, technical and organizational skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt certification - a plus 
  • Bi-lingual (especially Spanish) - a plus
